Girl Time

H ere are a few pictures from the couple of days we had at my brother's house. It was nice to have some girl time!
Our first girls day was a pool day. We went to the pool in my brother's community. Taylor, Katlyne, Madison, Grandma, Lauren.

Madison liked her ladybug float a lot this time. No crying at all!

After going to the pool. I'm not quite sure why Madison is crying here. More than likely it was because she wanted me to pick her up. During this trip, she had become a total Mommy's girl. She wanted to be with me and be held by me constantly.

Madison also really liked Katlyne. She was the only other person Madison would go to. She didn't want anything to do with Grandma most of the time (which really hurt my mom's feelings).

Madison with cousin Lauren.

Our second day, we went to a nearby mall. While there we went on the merry-go-round. It was Madison's first time. She did very well. My mom didn't ride, and took pics as we went around. Each time we came back around Madison had a smile on her face!

It looks like she is waving....just a coincidence, no waving yet!

Madison was exhausted from our trip to the mall. She held Katlyne's hand the whole trip home while she slept (which was about 45 minutes!). I told Katlyne she didn't have to keep holding her hand, but I think she was enjoying bonding with her little cousin! So sweet!

Our last day in Georgia we went to paint pottery. Here is Lauren with her plate.
Taylor painting her pretty flower dish.

This was Madison and my pottery creation. My camera battery had died while we were there. My mom took some pictures of Madison getting her feet painted and putting her foot prints on my tile, but they are in her camera in Ga, so the best I could do was take a pic of the final product!

Me, Katlyne and Madison on our last evening in Georgia. Thanks for a fun time girls!
Wednesday morning July 1st, my mom drove Madison and I to the Atlanta airport and Madison and I flew home. It was Madison's first plane ride. She did pretty good. We are flying back up to Atlanta in a couple weeks again...She will be a seasoned flyer at 7 months old!

Yeah! for girl time- you sure have a lot of ladies in your family. That 'wave' is too cute- what timing. Lorelai HATED the merry-go-round her first time.
