Another Trip to Orlando

This past weekend we went up to Orlando to go to Disney World again. (This is the first of a few posts of our weekend. There is so much to tell and over 200 pictures and videos!) When we went in February we had bought tickets that were good for 4 days for $99, and we had only used 2 of the days on our last trip. The tickets were to expire in a couple of weeks, so we headed up to Orlando to use the rest of our days. It was questionable until Friday morning if we were going to be able to go or not due to Scott's hand, but we decided to go and hoped his hand would be okay. My mom also came with us since she had the same tickets as us from our previous trip. My mom took off half a day from work and met us at our house. We left a little behind schedule, but were out by about 2:30 and got to our hotel around 5:30. I had booked a room thru Travelocity at the Lake Buena Vista Palace and Spa. It has looked nice online and said it was near downtown Disney, so I took a chance and tried it out. It was right across the street from The Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney (Scott actually walked there) and the room was nice and clean and spacious.











After we checked-in and got settled into our room Scott, Madison and I headed over to Scott's Uncle Skip and Aunt Lois' house for dinner. (My mom stayed behind at the hotel.) We had thought we'd be there by 6pm, but it ended up being more like 7:00. Scott's cousins were there as well. We had a nice spaghetti dinner and then the kids played for a little bit. It was nice being able to spend a couple of hours with Scott's family.

The last couple of pictures and video were taken after we got back to our hotel. Madison was suprisingly still in good spirits, and fought going to bed at 11pm!
