Greenville Zoo

Monday August 13th we drove about 45 minutes down to Greenville, SC to go to the zoo there. It was a small zoo (took us less than 2 hours to see the whole thing), but it was very nice and clean. It was also very well priced, $7.75  for adults and $5.75 for Madison (I think). We didn't have a stroller with us due to lack of space in our car. We were hoping they would have them there, but since it was such a small zoo we were out of luck. We did have the Baby Bjorn so Scott carried the baby in there and Madison was okay walking the whole time. Had the zoo been any bigger she probably would have been whining that she was tired, so the size was just right...no complaining at all! The weather was also perfect...mid 80's and lots of trees to shade the walkways. We had a great time. Thanks, Grandma and Grandad!

Madison wouldn't sit down because she said it was dirty! Ha! Such a princess!!

Visiting the Lions! Madison said this was one of her favorites!

We really enjoyed these orangutans! This baby was flipping, biting and playing with its Mommy right in front of us! Madison LOVED it!!

I think the baby wore out its Mama!

I think there were Toucans in there.

Watch the Gator walk right over the other Gator!

A snapping turtle for Papa! Just like on Wildman!

 Farm animals too.

Madison was not excited to be near the hog!

Mallorie liked the chickens!
